The Reliability of Everything™ Culture Improvement Awards Submission Form

  • Designated contact person (leave blank if contact is person listed above)

Items to include in your final submission:

    1. Completed key performance indicator (KPI) spreadsheet (standardized data sheet will be provided upon submission of this application)
    1. Trend charts/bar charts/analytics showing improvements (measureable results in reliability, maintainability, operations, and culture/employee engagement), especially how they are related.
    1. Outline of the steps taken (start of journey, where you are to date, and future steps planned)
    1. Summary of the lessons learned, biggest challenges, and related key decisions made and outcomes
    1. Keep in mind that, overall, the awards will be based on three criteria:
      • Measured improvement in R&M metrics (25%)
      • Measured improvement in culture and impact on R&M/operations (50%)
      • Documented journey/process used with lessons learned (25%)
  1. Any other supporting information/data.

(Data submitted will only be used for judging. Your company will decide the level of data used in a MARCON presentation, possible Efficient Plant magazine article, and elsewhere.)

Final important note:

The Culture Improvement Awards are about making measureable progress, regardless of the quartile where your company started, or where it is now. It’s just as significant, and often more difficult, to go from the 4th to 3rd quartile, than to go from the 2nd to 1st (top) quartile. In short, these awards are a way to recognize people from real-world plant environments who have worked hard to make a difference in improving culture and operations. Being able to share details of your company’s journey—what worked and, just as important, what didn’t and why—can be of great value to all plant professionals.

Award submissions must be received by October 31, 2024.
