National Instrument Introduces Its New Deployment-Ready NI InsightCM Enterprise Software Solution for Online Monitoring of Rotating Equipment

NI InsightCM Enterprise from National Instrument is a deployment-ready software solution with tightly integrated and flexible hardware options for online condition monitoring applications. The suite can acquire and analyze measurements, generate alarms, allows maintenance specialists to visualize and manage data and results, and simplifies remote management for large deployments of CompactRIO-based monitoring systems. It provides insight into the health of both critical rotating machinery and auxiliary rotating equipment to optimize machine performance, maximize uptime, reduce maintenance costs, and increase safety.
The software suite consists of two main components: Application for remotely analyzing raw time-series data and results, drawing comparisons and viewing historical trends with support for standard vibration plots. Second, server software with comprehensive analytic and data management capabilities with a thin client for configuring and viewing health of acquisition devices.
