Emerson CSI 9360 Vibration/Position Transmitter

Emerson Process Management’s CSI 9360 vibration/position transmitter is designed to protect compressor, pump and fan assets. Developed using OEM-supplied specifications, it detects emerging sleeve-bearing issues by capturing vibration or position data and translating it into a 4-20mA signal for monitoring and advanced warning of problems before significant equipment damage occurs or production is impacted.

Meggitt Redesigned VibraLink (VL) Enclosures

Meggitt says its redesigned, corrosion-resistant, NEMA 4X (IP66)-rated VibraLink (VL) enclosures facilitate quick and safe data acquisition in the harshest industrial environments. By housing permanently mounted sensors (with up to 48 cable runs) that detect changes in the vibration signatures of rotating equipment, they provide a central data-collection point that eliminates walk-around routes.

Balmac VPM Meter

Balmac’s VPM Meter is a portable, handheld instrument that measures vibrations per minute (VPMs). Applications include concrete-consolidation equipment like internal and external vibrators, shaker tables and vibrating screens, and vibrating bulk-solids-processing equipment like bins, hoppers and conveyors. The company says this meter is not only easier to use, it’s more accurate (within 10 VPMs) than any vibrating reed tachometer. All Balmac products are made and serviced in the USA.
