Houghton International Completes Acquisition of Envirotek Management Services in the U.S.

Houghton International Inc. (Valley Forge, PA) has completed its acquisition of Envirotek Management Services Inc. in the United States.
Envirotek is a provider of chemical management services including fluid management, recycling, and lubrication and filtration services to the automotive and other industries. In addition to enhanced services capability, this acquisition provides Houghton with valuable resources for serving established and new customers in North America.
This acquisition marks Houghton’s latest strategic investment in chemical management services. According to the company, Envirotek’s line of industrial-solution offerings complements Houghton’s FLUIDCARE Chemical Management Service.
