System Organizes and Manages Maintenance Data Anywhere, Anytime
Benchmate Systems calls its easy-to-learn maintenance-management software “a simpler CMMS” designed for small- to medium-sized plants. System components include a Benchmate PDA Module that puts the power of the CMMS in a user’s hand, anywhere, anytime. Among other things, work assigned to a technician is downloaded to his/her Personal Digital Assistant (PDA) and displayed as a list of jobs. Activity for unplanned jobs and emergency requests can also be recorded. The Benchmate CMMS Hyperlink Module provides instant access to Benchmate data from plant drawings, documents and other sources. It’s a link from a visual presentation of a plant to equipment maintenance data and history in Benchmate and other equipment documentation linked to the software. The visual presentation and link open the Benchmate database to all levels of an organization.

Technology Manages Cyber Security Risk In Industrial Environments
Honeywell’s Industrial Cyber Security Risk Manager is a digital dashboard that monitors, measures and manages cyber risk for control systems in refineries, power plants and other automated, multi-vendor industrial environments. Leveraging advanced technologies that translate complex cyber security indicators into clear measurements and key performance indicators (KPIs), it delivers essential, real-time information through an easy-to-use interface. An intuitive workflow lets users create customized alerts, perform detailed threat and vulnerability analysis and, in turn, focus on risks that are most important for reliable plant operations. Risk Manager monitors assets within and across all security zones of a plant, including third-party systems. Aligned with ISA 62443, the technology calculates accurate risk scores that can be used in corporate risk and governance efforts.
