M-series direct drive motors are said to reduce energy cost by 60% to 80% compared to conventional NEMA motor and gearbox combinations. Through increased motor efficiency and the ability to eliminate the gearbox, the motors provide improved operating efficiency. Available with adjustable speed ranges from 0 to 1,800 RPM, output torques from 40 to 1,800 lb. in., and 0.71 to 2.2 hp ratings, they are UL listed and ROHS compliant.
