p2000-rack-angledT he Productivity2000 PLC is our newest PLC line and is designed to offer you the best value and lowest cost of ownership in its class. Compared to the competition, the Productivity2000 PLC has the features you want. See more at go2adc.com/ps-productivity.

Data

The Productivity2000 PLC allows you to capture up to 32 GB of system data on the removable micro-SD card housed in the CPU. Log tag data, system errors, and system events which can be used to improve efficiency and performance, troubleshoot reoccurring or intermittent faults, and predict future breakdowns. With the integrated OPC support, web server, and free mobile app, the Productivity2000 delivers the data whenever and wherever it is needed.

PLC Communication

PLCs must communicate, so why buy one that can’t? Or why pay extra so it can? With the Productivity2000 you get five communication ports built in on every CPU. The Productivity2000 comes standard with Ethernet, USB, and serial ports. This PLC also supports the #1 and #2 industrial Ethernet protocols, Modbus TCP and EtherNet/IP, which make up about 85% of the market and are a must for any up-to-date networked control system.

Integrated Status Messaging

The standard OLED message display on the P2-550 CPU gives you instant status on your controller and can be configured for system fault detection. The Productivity2000 analog modules also include high-contrast OLEDs making it simple to view analog values without the need for a meter. Voltage, current, temperature, and faults are displayed for your convenience. This valuable data is displayed prominently to aid in troubleshooting and keep your system up and running.
