Weinman end-suction pumps from Crane Pumps & Systems are heavy-duty, general- purpose centrifugal units capable of meeting a variety of industrial, municipal and commercial needs. Applications include those found in the areas of process secondary pumping and municipal drinking water, as well as in condenser and chilled and hot water systems in the HVAC sector.
According to the company, the high efficiencies, robust cast iron cases and bronze impeller construction of its versatile end-suction, back pull-out pumps make them well suited for services that require easy-to-maintain, reliable, long-lasting workhorse units. Examples include products in the Weinman 375 & 575 Series that have been designed to minimize capital, maintenance and operating expenses. Available in a broad range of sizes, models like the 375 shown here offer the efficient performance of a tangential discharge pump and the serviceability of a back pull-out design.
Weinman End-Suction Back Pull-Out Series products are NSF-certified and self-venting (a feature that simplifies startup). The manufacturer says these pumps reflect drop-in- replacement options for 50% portion of the industry’s installed base. Standard lead-time is two weeks.
