The 67B series high-pressure, ultra-high flow regulator provides primary control in systems requiring delivery pressures to 750 PSIG and flow rates to 24,000 SCFH. Applications include bulk and micro-bulk supply systems, fiber laser assist gas supply, and assist gas delivery systems form high-pressure sources. The 1/2- and 3/4-in. port sizes work in combination with the 2.3 Cv seat to reportedly provide the highest flow rates available. Isoflow technology minimizes the static increment. Available with Viton and Chloroprene seats with a variety of internal sealing materials, the regulator allows user design.
